Lubna Khan
Teacher of grade 5&6
I am so pleased to be your child's homeroom teacher. Teaching is not only my profession, it is my passion. I teach from the perspective that all the students are very creative and possess different learning styles. The experience I have gleaned as a Lecturer of undergrad and high school have helped me to become a conscientious teacher. I have taught English as Second Language to Undergrad students for more than 12 years in Pakistan. I have also taught English Literature and Technical Report Writing in two of the most reputed universities of Pakistan. I have also worked as a facilitator for the students with learning disability such as ADHD, dyslexia and auditory processing disorder. I believe that every child has the  potential to reach the zenith of success and it is a teacher's duty to guide the students to become autonomous learners. I have high expectations for each student but I recognize that all of them learn, create, and express ideas in a different ways.  I encourage students to seek their own unique creative mode and to interpret ideas in ways that most appeal to their own creative nature.I am looking forward to work with your child and embark on a new learning adventure.
