Their investigations center on questions of quality of life at local, national, and global levels. The course is grounded in the principles of active democratic citizenship, ecological literacy, critical media literacy, and ethical decision-making. It aims to integrate knowledge from different disciplines to empower students as agents of change for a sustainable and equitable future. An integral part of the course involves planning and executing a community-based action research project.
