What this page covers
This page explains what information our website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to iqraschool.ca in all eight languages.
The contact form
When you send our contact form, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, and message. The form is delivered to our office by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to help with admissions.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited most. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Services embedded in the site
Some pages load services from other companies: Google Fonts (typefaces), Matterport (the virtual campus tour), Blackbaud (the online application form), and Stripe (online payments). Each processes data under its own privacy policy when you use it.
Children's information
The website itself does not collect information about students. Enrolment information is gathered through the application form and our office, and is handled confidentially.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about your family, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Email info@iqraschool.ca or call (204) 615-1119.
